Information about the course:
This course provides participants with the skills and knowledge required to lead an Emergency Control Organisation (ECO) during a facility emergency. It covers preparing for emergencies, directing and coordinating emergency response procedures, managing occupant safety and liaising with emergency services. Target Audience: Chief Wardens, Deputy Chief Wardens, Communications Officers and other members of an Emergency Control Organisation who may be required to lead or coordinate a facility emergency response. Prerequisites: Participants must hold: PUAFER005 – Operate as part of an emergency control organisation Award issued: Students who successfully complete this nationally recognised training will be awarded the statement of attainment for: PUAFER006 Lead an Emergency Control Organisation This Nationally recognised course is delivered on behalf of and in Partnership with Health Security Education RTO 40907 Course duration: Approximately 3 hours face to face training Course Location: Training can be delivered at your workplace or client site, or at a suitable external training venue arranged to meet course requirements.
