Information about the course: This course provides participants with the skills and knowledge required to perform a rescue from live low voltage electrical apparatus. It includes preparing for the rescue, identifying hazards and isolation points, inspecting rescue equipment, safely removing a casualty from a live low voltage panel and completing required post-incident actions. Target Audience: Electrical industry workers and others who may be required to perform a rescue from a live low voltage panel as part of their workplace duties. The Electrical Safety Act requires that this training be refreshed every 12 months. Prerequisites: There are no prerequisites for this course Award issued: Students who successfully complete this nationally recognised training will be awarded the statement of attainment for: HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation UETTDRRF06 Perform rescue from a live L0w Voltage Panel This Nationally recognised course is delivered on behalf of and in Partnership with Health Security Education RTO 40907 Course duration: Approximately 4 hours face to face training Course Location: Training can be delivered at your workplace or client site, or at a suitable external training venue arranged to meet course requirements.
