Information about the course: This course provides participants with the skills and knowledge required to identify, assess and safely confine small emergency incidents within a workplace or facility. It includes the use of initial response equipment such as fire extinguishers, fire blankets and spill-control equipment. Target Audience: Anyone who may be required to respond to a small workplace emergency. Prerequisites: Anyone who may be required to provide an initial response to a small workplace or facility emergency.
